Intervention with neon writing on a floating raft
For episode triften #2, the neon writing was installed on a specially designed platform made of inflatable air bodies. This raft drifted unmanned and without anchor on the lake for several hours, continuing until late at night. Evening walkers and passersby encountered the installation unexpectedly.
Initially, the neon writing was clearly visible, but as darkness deepened, it transformed into a mysterious glowing presence. These unplanned encounters sparked conversations about personal feelings and shared experiences in public space.
The intervention required extensive preparation and permits. Without the support of Kathrin Fischbacher, Lake Lucerne Canoe Center, and many others, this safe and successful realization would not have been possible.
